• Payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
• Subscription access is provided via a one-time invite link to a private Telegram channel.
• We reserve the right to revoke access for violations of these terms.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to share VIP invite links publicly, resell access, use our signals to manipulate markets, reverse engineer our bot, impersonate PolyWhales staff, or use the service for illegal activities.
